Frequently Asked Questions

What is an Experiment?

An experiment is considered a round of experimentation with specific products. Usually done by the thousands(example, Experiment - 1 is 1,000 T- Shirt Sales). Upon completion of sales, the experiment will close until the next experiment is ready.

What happens if all products don't sell during that round?

Depending on the product, if it's a merchandise product, we'll continue marketing until we can complete that experiment, this is a part of the challenge that we've accepted. If it's a raffle, we have the ability to refund tickets if we don't reach a number significant enough to conduct an effective raffle.

Why do the Experiments close?

Experiments close to allow our admin team to properly manage the selected users and complete loan payments to vendors. On top of that, we're focused on maximizing output for experiments, closing the rounds allows us to review and dissect our lessons learned before launching the next experiment. We aim to always have the next experiment prepped and ready before the current experiment is complete.

Can I participate in multiple experiments at once?

Yes, more entries increase chances of being selected. Each item is its own raffle, they do not mix unless we label it as such in the experiment. For example, if an experiment offers 2 products, that's two different raffles, one for each upon completion.

What if I'm selected in multiple products?

Due diligence is done to validate the Student Loan balance. If a user doesn't have a balance or was previously selected, the team will draw another user.

What happens if I am selected, but the amount is more than my balance?

In this case, we pay the balance, and then select another user until the allotted funds have been dispersed in the proper way.

Can I remain anonymous?

Of course, when filling out your details during purchase, you will have the option to remain anonymous. If selected, when contacted by an admin, remaining anonymous will be validated.

What if I don't get selected?

If you don't get selected, try again on the next experiment. Remember, each round, someone or multiple individuals will receive significant payments for their student loans and even if you didn't get selected, you were a part of the solution.
